Here at Parrotletbirds we try our best to ensure safe arrival. We back all Parrotlets shipped and
picked-up with a 10-day health guarantee. This
ensures that if your Parrotlet becomes sick during transportation or
while adjusting to his or her new environment, your bird will be coved
under our health guarantee.
We are confident in the quality and health of the Parrotlets we raise, that we are willing to stand behind each
and everyone with a 10-day health guarantee. We guarantee that there
are no symptoms of disease or parasites at the time of sale and/or
shipping. Our hand-fed Parrotlets are 100% healthy at the time of
pick-up/shipping. If an illness was present prior to the transaction, We will replace the Parrotlet or
issue a refund in the amount paid (minus shipping).
All baby parrotlets are raised by us in our newly reconstructed closed-aviary. We do not
take our parrotlets to bird shows or bird marts, therefore, our Parrotlets have not been exposed to birds from other facilities. The
health of your Parrotlet is our top priority.
